Applications of the Speedpanel Product
Speedpanel has been successfully installed in several high-profile, large-scale constructions in Australia and New Zealand. In each case, the Speedpanel team have worked with the project architects, developers and construction professionals to achieve positive results.

Freshwater Place

Baulderstone Hornibrook used Speedpanel as an external infill wall with cladding, from level 37 of the Freshwater Place building.   The walls span a height of 4.5m. The specifications for the wall included meeting a wind loading requirement, which Speedpanel met and exceeded.

M-Central Apartments

This project involved a warehouse apartments renovation in Sydney for Abigroup. The complex is a seven-level building, comprising of 24 apartments per level.

Southern Cross

Southern Cross is a 37 level office complex in Melbourne's CBD. Speedpanel was used for a major plant room and shaft walls.

River Shoes - Ballarat

Speedpanel was used to construct a boundary wall on this factory project. 4.5m panels were installed using a vertical configuration.

Townhouses

Speedpanel is well suited for separation and boundary walls on townhouse projects.   The use of Speedpanel in this type of application can delete the need for strip footings and underpinning works.
